Our exterior sidelites are a beautiful and stylish option for replacement or addition to a new home. The lites, or glass panes, allow natural light to flow into the room and make for a timeless and elegant look. Our exterior sidelites come in a variety of grid options, from single lite to a raised panel and lite combination. The clear pine material can be finished using a rich stain or a clear top coat for a natural look.

Glass is double-paned, tempered glass. You can choose to have Clear glass or Low E. Low E is energy efficient, has built-in tint, and falls under the Energy Star Rating. The grids in our 3 and 5-Lite Sidelites are made of flat, painted aluminum material.

*Stiles (sides) are 1-7/8" wide.

These doors are made from veneered engineered solid core pine wood. The inner core is made of hardwood in a cross grain pattern bonded together under heat, pressure and glue. The result is a stronger product that limits cracking and splitting of the wood material. Unfinished pine doors require oil-based finishing. For more information, see our Finishing page. 
  • Materials are real pine wood and insulated glass.
  • If glass is Low E, it Qualifies for Energy Efficiency Star rating, and has built in tint.
  • Grids are internal and are shown white on both sides.
  • Thickness of sidelites is 1-3/8"
  • True measurement for width is 1/8"less. For height add 1/2". Example: 12"W x 80"H true size is 11-7/8"W x 80-1/2"H.
